NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Labette County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Labette County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand at the east steps of the Labette County Courthouse, Oswego, Kansas, on August 28, 2012 at the time of 10:00 AM, the following real estate:
BEGINNING 614 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 33, RANGE 19E, LABETTE COUNTY, KANSAS, THEN EAST 622 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE, THEN SOUTH 350 FEET PERPENDICULAR TO THE NORTH SECTION LINE, THENCE WEST 622 FEET PARALLEL TO THE NORTH SECTION LINE, THENCE NORTH 350 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT SO MUCH THEREOF AS IS USED FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY OR ROAD.
