You are hereby notified that a Petition for Divorce has been filed in the District Court of Labette County, Kansas, by Rachael Wood praying for a divorce on the grounds of incompatibility, and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition on or before February 12th, 2013, in the District Court of Columbus, Kansas.
