Dr. Cecil Farley, 70, of The Villages, Fla., a longtime Parsons physician, died at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at Leesburg Medical Center in Leesburg, Fla. His wife, Fran Farley, survives of the home.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Wesley United Methodist Church in Parsons. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Parsons.

The family will receive friends at Carson-Wall Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
