Firefighters were called at 11:11 a.m. to the fire. The house was engulfed in flames when they arrived. The fire was under control at 11:51 a.m. The house owned by LaToya Fields of Moorhead, Miss., was estimated to be a total loss, firefighters said. The cause of the fire is under investigation by Parsons fire and police departments. Anyone with information about this or any other fire should contact Parsons police at 421-7060 or email tips@parsonspd.com.
