Labette County GOP Chairman Mike Howerter opened the 2012 GOP Presidential Caucus for Southeast Kansas Saturday morning at Parsons Municipal Auditorium. Hundreds of Republicans from five counties participated. One of three computer stations checking in Labette County voters had tallied more than 100 people well before the 1 p.m. deadline.
