Robert W. (Hallett) Holbert, 50, of Parsons died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, Sept. 8, 2010.
He was born May 19, 1960, at Portsmouth, Va., to Vernon and Martha (Johnston) Holbert. He grew up in Parsons and was raised by his mother and stepfather, Duane Hallett. He lived in Jasper, Ga., two years, where he completed his high school education.
For many years he worked as an auto body repairman in Parsons.
