Donald E. Henderson Sr., 77, of Parsons died at 9:23 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Labette Health. His wife, Peggy, preceded him in death in 2003.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Carson-Wall Funeral Home. Burial, with military honors, will be in Springhill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to the Brown-Bishop Post No. 704, Veterans of Foreign Wars. They may be left at or sent to the funeral home at P.O. Box 942, Parsons, 67357.
