Donald R. ‘Hap’ Santee, 82, of Parsons died at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, June 26, 2011, in the Emergency Room at Labette Health. He is survived by his wife, Thelma, of the home.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Altamont. Burial will be in Mound Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
