The service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa. Burial will be in Lake Creek Cemetery near Bartlett. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Chetopa United Methodist Church and may be left at or mailed to the funeral home, P.O. Box 346, Chetopa, 67336.
