BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — Cynthia Meatra “Cindy” Kaboli, 26, of Bartlesville, Okla., formerly of Parsons, died Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at her home in Bartlesville.

She was born on Oct. 29, 1984, at Independence to Afshar “Mike” and Susan Elaine (Potter) Kaboli. She was raised in Independence, Parsons and Bartlesville. While living in Oklahoma, she operated a day care.

While in Parsons, she attended First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed going to casinos, playing cards and bingo and listening to music. She also enjoyed spending time with her niece and her other family and friends.

Survivors include her mother, Susan Elaine Malone of Bartlesville; her maternal grandmother, Virginia “Dot” Potter of Bartlesville; her godmother, Maria Kaboli of Parsons; three brothers, Christopher Garoutte of Pawnee, Okla., Kevin Garoutte of Washington, D.C., and Victor Potter of Bartlesville; two sisters, Kristen Kaboli and Katrine Kaboli, both of Parsons; her special niece, Gyzelle Palmer of Parsons; and numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Afshar “Mike” Kaboli; and her maternal grandfather, Delbert Potter.

The service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church at Parsons. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Carson-Wall Funeral Home.
