She was born on June 23, 1939, in Quinton, Okla.
She had lived in Chetopa the last 27 years.
She was employed as a waitress.
Survivors include a son, Bobby Scott of Bartlett; two daughters, Pamela Brown of Cherokee and Rebecca Sanders of Chetopa; a brother, Henry Neal of Bakersfield, Calif.; two sisters, Geraldine Moody of Visalia, Calif., and Jo Ann Simmons of Exeter, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, Ryan Shields, Kyle Shields, Nikki Sanders, Austen Sanders, Jaylee Sanders, Trenton Scott, Nathan Scott, Eric Paxton, Hannah Dayhuff and Mason Blundell; and a great-granddaughter, Amelia Paxton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Scott, on March 13, 2000; a daughter; two sisters; and a brother.
The service will be at 6 p.m. Monday at Mae Lessley Community Center in Chetopa. Mason-Woodard Mortuary and Crematory of Joplin was in charge of cremation arrangements.
