BELLEVILLE, Ill. — Carl A. Fontelroy, 60, of Belleville, Ill., formerly of Parsons, died at 10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, in Belleville. He is survived by his wife, Doris Fontelroy, of the home; and mother, Claretha Fontelroy, of Parsons.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Watson Memorial Church of God in Christ in Parsons. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.
