WINFIELD — William E. Boecker, 86, formerly of Parsons, died at 5:17 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at the Kansas Veterans Home in Winfield. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Boecker, on June 11, 2007.
