She was born on Jan. 26, 1930, in Cherryvale to George A. and Rosella (Robinson) Hines. She grew up in Cherryvale and graduated from Cherryvale High School.
On Dec. 25, 1946, she married Robert H. Jabben. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Potts Chapel in Independence. Burial will follow in Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran School and can be left at the funeral home.
