She was born April 18, 1960, at Neodesha to Henry Lee and Elizabeth (Bennett) Allen. Her father died when she was less than a year old, and she was raised by her mother and stepfather, Junior King.
She attended area schools.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Elizabeth and Junior King of Lenapah, Okla.; a son, Larry Dewayne Voris of Coffeyville; a daughter, Ellen Voris Boyle of Mound Valley; five grandchildren; two brothers, Mike Allen of Chanute and Phil Allen of Edna; and three sisters, Sheryl Allen of Coffeyville, Cindy Kimrey of Lenapah, Okla., and Connie Smith of Parsons.
The celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Mound Valley Christian Church. Cremation has taken place. A private inurnment will take place later.
Memorials are suggested to the Debra Allen Memorial Fund and can left in care of Potts Chapel of Independence.
