TAFT, Calif. — Frances L. Robertson, 98, of Taft, Calif., died Monday, June 25, 2012, in Taft.

She was born in Parsons on Dec. 8, 1913, to Hosea Herbert and Bessie (Bea) Banzet.

She is survived by two daughters, Joan Lorden of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Patricia O’Dell of Taft, Calif.; half sisters, Dorris Taylor of Parsons and Tina Chenwerth of Denver; a half brother, Hosea Banzet of Altamont; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Phillip Dewayne Phillips; and a sister, Lola Seagar.

A graveside service was June 30 in Taft, Calif.

Memorials are suggested to Labors of Harvest.

Westside Memorial Services of Taft, Calif., was in charge of arrangements.
