She was born on April 12, 1919, in South Mound to John and Regina (Volmer) Lortz.
Esther worked as a nurse and retired to Arizona in 2001.
She married Cleo Foreman. He preceded her in death in 1963.
She married James “Bud” McLeod. He preceded her in death in 1995.
Survivors include a son, Gerald Foreman and his wife, Gretchen, and daughter, Jeanette Juve; a daughter-in-law, Roberta Foreman; two sisters, Evelyn Brungardt and Mary McMillan; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a stepson, Mike McLeod and his wife, Michelle, and their two children.
Others preceding her in death include a daughter, Janice Hirst; a son, Ronald Foreman; a brother, Edward Lortz; and a sister, Johnna Reed.
The graveside service will be at a later date in Plymouth, Mich.
