Etta Cosby Waller, 94, of Parsons died at 1:29 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Labette Health in Parsons.

The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Carson-Wall Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Altamont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
