Beulah Dhooghe-Owens, 87, a longtime Parsons resident, died at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin.

The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at Parsons. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery at St. Paul. The rosary will be prayed at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Carson-Wall Funeral Home, with visitation following.
