Sigsbee B. “Sig” Carey, 89, of Parsons died at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010, in the emergency room at Labette Health in Parsons. He had been in his usual health and death was not expected. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Carey.
He is survived by four sons, Ed Carey of Garden Grove, Calif., Carl Carey and Robert “Bob” Carey, both of Parsons, and Bill Carey of Owasso, Okla.
