Knights benefit breakfast
ST. PAUL — Knights of Columbus, Council 760, St. Paul-Walnut-Erie, is hosting a benefit breakfast from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26, at St. Francis Parish Hall, First and Lafayette in St. Paul. The menu will be sausage, eggs, hotcakes and biscuits and gravy. The cost is a free-will donation and proceeds from this breakfast will help with medical and travel expenses for a rural Walnut-Erie woman, Emma Mason, who was seriously injured in an automobile accident on Nov. 27 on K-146.
Buses in USD 504
Because of a bus driver shortage, starting Monday, Jan. 27, USD 504 will temporarily follow the procedure listed below.
— McCune and Sherman routes will have a new bus driver, Jeremiah Littlepage. No change in times.
— Parsons riders will be consolidated to one bus (15). Doug Smith will be the driver. Students will be picked up between 6:40 and 6:50 a.m. Students will be dropped off between 4:10 and 4:20 p.m.
— Parsons, McCune and SVCA activity bus drop points will remain the same but with a new driver, Neal Cruse.
