GALESBURG — Tommy R. “Tom” Hizey, 84, of rural Galesburg passed away at 3:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley J. Hizey, on Oct. 15, 2009.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery at Galesburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Leave online condolences at www.wallfuneralservices.com.
