Tuesday, Feb. 18, the UP Railroad will begin work to install new tracks at the crossing on U.S. 75 (West Main Street) at Neodesha. The tracks will connect the South Kansas & Oklahoma (SKOL) Railroad with UP.
U.S. 75 will be closed to traffic at the work zone for four to six weeks, weather permitting. Traffic will follow a signed state detour along K-47 and U.S. 400 (see map).
