A parole supervision search on Friday turned up guns, am- munition and drugs and led Labette County Sheriu's Ovce to search the home and seize evidence.
Bradyn M. Holsinger, 24, who was living at 2704 Stevens, is in custody at the Labette County Jail for a parole violation.
Labette County Sheriu Darren Eichinger said his agency is seeking criminal charges against Holsinger, including distribu- tion of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Holsinger was paroled to Labette County in December and is on parole supervision for convictions of aggravated battery and burglary.
Eichinger said the search turned up three weapons, including an AR-style pistol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, among other items. Two of the guns had been reported as stolen. The third had its serial numbers ground ou.
The search ended late Friday afternoon.
Holsinger remains in the Labette County Jail with no bond.
